DPS is now hiring a Food Service Worker for a Facility in Brevard, NC. Dean's Professional Services has partnered with healthcare facilities, government organizations, and corporations to provide job opportunities.
Food Service Worker Job Details:
Location: 115 N. Country Club Road Brevard, NC 28712
Available Shifts: (Days and Hours may vary)
6:30am - 3:00pm
12:00pm - 8:00pm
Starting Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hourly (Based on experience)
Temporary to hire
Food Service Worker Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve quality food and baked goods following menus and standards.
- Ensure proper food storage, handling, sanitation, and temperature controls.
- Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment safely, especially knives.
- Keep work areas, equipment, and kitchen floors clean, organized, and sanitary.
- Assist the Manager with food, meal preparation, completing and submitting daily reports to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain accurate cash receipts and meal records in line with policies.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Food Handler Certification (as required).
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of food service, kitchen, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions and work quickly under pressure.
