About the role:


We are looking for a Fashion Advisor for our Nordstron Topanga CHANEL Boutique with a passion for client service and an expertise in fashion. The Fashion Advisor will play a crucial role of consistently providing a superior level of service to clients, while increasing client conversion and retention, to drive business revenue, and inspire brand loyalty. The Fashion Advisor will work alongside a diverse sales-team, and report to the Boutique's leadership.

• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required

Position Logistics: •

• Position located onsite at CHANEL Nordstrom Topanga location.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Luxury Retail with a focus on All Categories; Ready to Wear, Shoes, Handbags, CJ, OA, etc.
• A flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Front of House Fashion: Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and client service deliver elevated client service to drive business results.

Compensation:


• The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $27.30 through $32.00. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] include additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
