Lounge Manager

DESCRIPTION

Are you a dependable, optimistic Food and Beverage Leadership professional with experience with a lounge/bar setting? Our Lounge Manager position is responsible for the overall function of the Lounge, including but not limited to ordering supplies and merchandise, Inventorying, completing monthly, quarterly and annual financial and inventory reports, drink creation and marketing, staffing and leadership of the lounge team based on Bavarian Inn Lodge Leadership standards.

HOURS:


FULL TIME: 5-6 days per week; 45 hours per week (average).

Earliest shift is 12:00 p.m., latest shift is out at 3:00 a.m

Must be available weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays.

REQUIREMENTS

• Associates degree or equivalent in leadership and lounge management experience.
• Previous management experience desired.
• Excellent math and report writing skills, knowledge of beer, wine and liquor from brewing or distillation to final service, understanding of inventory, costing, pricing and ordering.
• Physical ability to maneuver and lift kegs of beer, the ability to be on your feet for 10-12 hours a day continuously, and the ability to work in high heat and humidity of the outside.
• Communicative skill, managerial and training capabilities.
• Knowledge and skill at drink creation desirable
