The position involves administering chemotherapy, blood products, and supportive treatments to adult oncology patients and providing comprehensive care in an outpatient infusion center. The role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic oncology team, supporting patients through complex treatment regimens. Job Details Position Description: Specialty: Medical Surgical Oncology Floor Shift: 4x10 Days, 0700-1730. Required Qualifications: RN License with active MD or Compact License, Certifications in ACLS, BLS, Chemo (ONS/ONCC), NIHSS, ONS/ONCC, Minimum 2 years of experience in oncology or infusion, Experience charting with EPIC, and outpatient oncology care experience. Schedule: Days, 10 hours per shift, 40 hours per week. Additional Information: This role involves the administration of chemotherapy, electrolytes, and blood products. It includes caring for adult oncology patients with diagnoses such as solid tumors, hematologic malignancies, and post-transplant needs. Responsibilities include managing ports, providing patient and family education, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Candidates must be comfortable floating within scope and working within the specified schedule.
