Provide professional and courteous customer support via phone and other communication channels. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Handle and document customer concerns, complaints, and service requests. Process forms, applications, orders, and related documentation. Identify and escape priority issues when necessary. Route calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments or resources. Follow up on complex customer situations to ensure resolution. Accurately maintain customer records and update information in CRM systems. Gather and evaluate relevant information to investigate and resolve inquiries. Record details of customer interactions, actions taken, and outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and business operations. Perform other duties as assigned.
