Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Outpatient Primary Care

Location: Jamestown, NY
Schedule: Full-Time Monday Friday Daytime Hours
Compensation: $100,000 $140,000

Position Overview

A well-established and expanding primary care group in New York is opening a new office and seeking two Family Nurse Practitioners to join their growing team. This is a fully outpatient opportunity offering clinical autonomy, physician collaboration, and the ability to build long-term patient relationships in a stable practice environment.

This role is ideal for an NP who enjoys continuity of care and practicing comprehensive family medicine without hospital call or night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan
• Manage your own patient panel with clinical independence
• Perform physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Provide preventive care and chronic disease management
• Educate patients and families on wellness and disease prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and care team members to optimize outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Active New York RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification
• Graduate of an accredited NP program
• Current CPR certification (ACLS/BLS preferred)
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
