Pharmacy Manager

Position Summary: The role involves leading a pharmacy team to deliver comprehensive patient care, including dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Oversee pharmacy operations, staff management, and community outreach initiatives. Ensure accurate medication dispensing, inventory management, and adherence to legal and company policies. Model excellent customer service and support community engagement efforts. Analyze data to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes, and make informed business decisions. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with a valid pharmacy license. Completion of accredited immunization training. Proficiency in working effectively with patients and healthcare providers. Strong analytical skills for data and financial analysis, and team management capabilities.
