Elliron Residential is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance operations and ensure the efficient operation of building systems and property infrastructure. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage maintenance activities, oversee projects, and uphold safety and quality standards while supporting a well-maintained residential community.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, leadership experience, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility infrastructure
• Lead maintenance projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met
• Manage the maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, preventive maintenance, inventory, and equipment history
• Oversee troubleshooting and repairs involving electrical systems, low-voltage components, schematics, and mechanical equipment
• Conduct routine property and equipment inspections using diagnostic tools to proactively identify and address issues
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the life of building systems and equipment
• Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians, providing guidance, feedback, and performance support
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local codes
• Collaborate with property management to maintain curb appeal, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in maintenance, facilities, or property management environments
• Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical systems, including low-voltage and high-voltage applications
• Experience with HVAC systems, facility maintenance practices, and interpreting schematics and technical documentation
• Proficiency with CMMS software for work order management and inventory control
• Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques, preventive maintenance planning, and equipment repair
• Strong leadership and communication skills in fast-paced environments
• Project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute maintenance initiatives effectively
• Fluency in English required; bilingual skills a plus
