Job Summary

The Automotive Sales Consultant at Georgica Auto Holdings is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, ensuring a positive and informative experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting suitable options, and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing rapport and identifying their vehicle requirements.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
• Present vehicle features, benefits, and options, including demonstrations and test drives.
• Negotiate sales and lease terms, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
• Complete all necessary sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of Georgica Auto Holdings' product line, features, accessories, and competitive models.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical sales practices.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing sales role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Enthusiasm for automobiles and staying current with industry trends.
