Requirements / Qualifications

Copy of Transcript (Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade.) CPR/First Aid Certification (Possession of or ability to obtain First Aid and CPR Certificates.) Resume (Copy of Current Resume to include some experience working in a health services setting is desirable.) Please Note: Incomplete applications will not be considered.
