Digital Growth, Ai & Innovation ManagerLouis Vuitton is seeking a Digital Growth, AI & Innovation Manager, to join our Digital team in New York City. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will strategically define and execute the future of LVA Digital. You will have the opportunity to lead complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, with a focus on driving innovation and leveraging AI to enhance client experience and business growth. The Manager will orchestrate collaborative efforts with various internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement key client-centric initiatives across all digital platforms (website and App) that accelerate the growth of LVA Digital. Additionally, the role involves consolidating the digital roadmap, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of all cross-functional projects, while continuously exploring and integrating AI-driven solutions to maintain Louis Vuitton's pioneering position in the luxury market.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Supporting and driving LVA Digital GrowthCreate analyses, business cases, and storytelling for key strategic opportunity areas, working with zone leadership on content development and cross-functional partners on strategic growth opportunities.Owning and driving LVA Digital & Omnichannel RoadmapCoordinate LVA Digital omnichannel strategy, product road mapping and day-to-day momentum of product roadmap projects, enhancements and features. Organize and lead project prioritization, case creation, and storytelling for key omnichannel initiatives, working with leadership on content development, and business case development.Effectively communicate eCommerce's strategy and priorities. Help craft presentation for other departments and Central partners.Act as Product Owner for the zone-led initiatives alongside your local Proxy Product Owner.Be at the forefront of innovation, trends & competitionKeep up with trends, competition and innovation. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best-in-class AI powered client experiences, continuously evolving and recommending innovation solutions to enhance our client experience. Stay on top of retail industry trends, technology developments and emerging business models relevant to Louis Vuitton's future.Continually benchmark Louis Vuitton against competitors and best-in-class retailers.Organize once a year an innovation week: sourcing of the vendors, short-listing based on LVA business priorities, onboarding of the selected onesProfileWe are excited to speak to candidates with 5+ years of relevant Digital experience, demonstrating strong critical thinking, analytical abilities, and organizational planning skills. The role requires a highly collaborative individual, adept at coordinating across various functions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with proven success in interacting with senior executive leadership. The ideal candidate can seamlessly transition between macro-level strategy and meticulous attention to detail. This position calls for a proactive and adaptable professional, willing to immerse themselves in tasks and flexible in response to evolving priorities and business needs.
