Introduction
Our client is an AAHA-accredited, full-service small animal hospital seeking a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join its team. Caring for cats and dogs, the practice provides comprehensive general veterinary medicine alongside diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, urgent care, and advanced medical care. The hospital also holds a 4.8-star Google review. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical, surgical, and preventative care while building strong relationships with clients through clear communication and education. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive physical examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, interpreting diagnostic tests, and performing routine soft tissue surgeries and dentistry where applicable.
The veterinarian will also maintain accurate medical records, promote preventative healthcare, follow hospital protocols, and collaborate with the wider veterinary team to ensure a high standard of patient care while contributing to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented working environment.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 1:00pm. It is closed on Sundays.
Established in 2002, this AAHA-accredited, full-service small animal facility supports general practice, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, urgent care, and advanced medical care. A specialized treatment area is available for hospitalized patients requiring close monitoring for urgent or ongoing medical needs.
The hospital describes its diagnostic capabilities as state-of-the-art, with radiography and X-ray, ultrasound, tonometry, and laboratory testing available. Its clinical capabilities also extend to routine and advanced surgery, orthopedic procedures, and dental surgery.
A broad range of wellness and preventative care, testing and diagnostics, advanced care, surgery, and urgent care is provided. Diagnostic imaging is used to investigate orthopedic disease, foreign bodies, organ abnormalities, respiratory disease, and other medical conditions.
Surgical capabilities extend beyond routine spays and neuters and include CCL repair, mass removal, orthopedic surgery, dental surgery, and other routine and advanced procedures. Orthopedic surgery can address fractures, ligament injuries, joint instability, and certain developmental conditions.
Advanced care also encompasses pain management and regenerative medicine for appropriate joint, soft tissue, and mobility conditions. The clinical expertise within the practice includes a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist with previous rehabilitation experience and a background incorporating acupuncture, laser therapy, and physical therapy exercises. Another veterinarian is a licensed Vet Stem practitioner, providing additional experience in regenerative medicine.
Urgent cases are seen during opening hours, including wounds and injuries, limping, eye and ear problems, urinary issues, toxin ingestion, and foreign body ingestion. Patients requiring hospitalization can be monitored within the dedicated treatment area.

Team
The hospital has a three-DVM team supported by an experienced leadership structure. The founding veterinarian brings decades of clinical experience, including postgraduate internship training.
The Hospital Manager previously spent six years working within a multispecialty veterinary hospital and has additional training in management, customer service, and conflict resolution.

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
