How You'll Make an Impact As a Charge Nurse, you'll be a trusted partner in our patients' recovery journeys. You will: * Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process-Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation * Collaborate closely with patients, families, and our interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans * Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, supervisors, and colleagues * Play a key role in the discharge planning process to support safe, successful transitions Your skills, compassion, and critical thinking will help patients achieve greater independence, strength, and quality of life. Additional requirements include: * CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred. * CRRN Preferred * Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
