What You'll Lead:
- Organize and coordinate daily kitchen operations and team workflow.
- Mentor and develop line cooks, fostering their culinary growth and confidence
- Motivate and uplift the team with positive energy and professional guidance
- Execute chef-developed scratch recipes while ensuring team consistency
- Manage prep schedules, inventory, quality control standards, and food safety protocols
- Create a respectful, collaborative kitchen culture
