The FOX Studio Lot is looking for a Grill Cook to join their team in Los Angeles, CA!

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Food preparation and production related to the assigned outlet and station
• Prepare, produce, and cook all food products as assigned by the Outlet Chef for the Operation's needs
• Maintain all equipment in good order through proper use and care
• Maintain assigned station in a clean and organized state at all times
• Clean up and wipe down the station at the end of the shift
• Assist in putting away all delivered merchandise (produce, meat, fish, dry goods, etc.)
• Adhere to all State and Local Health Department rules and regulations
• Other duties as assigned by chefs/supervisors
• Overtime and earlier start times as required by business needs

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma and/or certificate/diploma from an accredited culinary program or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of prior culinary experience
• Basic knife handling, chopping, slicing, grilling, and sauting
• Food Safety & Sanitation knowledge
• Able to read and follow assigned recipes and kitchen standards, with excellent customer service and guest interaction
• Able to lift 25lbs

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.76 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
