You'll operate material handling equipment, support inventory accuracy, move product safely throughout the facility, and help keep warehouse operations running efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, forklift, or general labor experience preferred
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification
• Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or outdoor work environment is a plus

Job Duties

• Load, unload, and transport pepper mash barrels using forklifts and material handling equipment
• Store, stage, and organize mash barrels in designated warehouse areas
• Track inventory and maintain documentation for mash batches
• Inspect barrels for leaks, damage, and quality concerns
• Follow proper mash handling, rotation, and storage procedures
• Deliver mash barrels to production teams as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety regulations and standard operating procedures
• Work outdoors and in varying weather conditions when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Comfortable working in hot, humid, and outdoor conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do


As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse productivity through accurate inventory handling, order fulfillment, and material movement. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
