Patient Services Concierge & Scheduling Specialist

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Patient Services Associate to ensure a positive patient experience and efficient front-office operations. You will greet patients, check-in/out, verify insurance and collect payments, and coordinate scheduling with the care team.

In this role you will support insurance verification, prepare daily schedules, and maintain accurate patient records while upholding HIPAA compliance in a fast-paced clinic environment nationwide.
