Offer expert advice on various insurance products, ensuring clients receive the most suitable coverage for their needs. Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively seeking new business opportunities and cross-selling additional products. Manage existing client insurance policies, ensuring timely updates and adjustments to match their changing needs. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all client interactions and transactions for seamless service delivery. Stay informed about industry trends and new products to offer clients the most up-to-date advice. Requirements Louisiana Property & Casualty Insurance License is required. Must be willing to obtain P&C license prior to hiring; mandatory. License assistance available. Previous experience in insurance sales or a customer service role is preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to assess client needs and offer appropriate insurance solutions. Must have the ability to sell; and meet personal and office goals monthly. Demonstrate energy and drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
