Head of Delivery, AI Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Delivery, AI Operations to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead delivery operations for AI services, with a focus on executing complex work streams at scale and maintaining strong quality, speed, and cost discipline. The position partners closely with sales, business development, and cross-functional teams to support client growth and ensure delivery models are operationally sound. It also requires a leader who can strengthen automation, improve workflows, and build a high-performance culture in a fast-paced environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $156,000 – $234,000 annually Responsibilities Manage delivery of AI services including data collection, annotation, and testing Lead a global team to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to support new client proposals Design and oversee operations protocols for various delivery models Work cross-functionally to enhance automation and quality outcomes Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement Drive efficient workflows through testing and scaling processes Qualifications 7+ years of operations leadership experience in AI services or related fields Deep understanding of LLMs, generative AI workflows, and multi-modal data structures Passionate about AI tools and technologies, with hands-on experience Strong interest in Robotics and Physical AI advancements Excellent communication and leadership skills for engaging with diverse teams and clients Proven track record in high-velocity environments focused on outcomes Strong analytical skills for deriving insights from complex data Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
