Description To provide Occupational Therapy Services to patients including assessment, treatment planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist in acute care, rehab, skilled nursing, and/or outpatient. Experience in geriatrics. Why Join Providence?
