Your responsibilities will include assisting physicians during medical procedures, managing patient interactions, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all patients.Position Details:Location: Floats between our Altoona, State College, and Johnstown clinics. Schedule: Part-Time (Monday-Thursday) between 25-32 hours per week. Compensation: $20-$24hr based on experience and qualifications. Travel training required (2 weeks, out of state, all expenses paid by us)Key Responsibilities:Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience.Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR).Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification.Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems.Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment.Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems.Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments.Leverage bilingual communication skills to support patient interactions when applicable.
