Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects progress according to schedule and budget
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and enforce OSHA and company safety policies
- Communicate project progress and issues with project managers, clients, and company leadership
- Resolve field issues efficiently to minimize delays and maintain project quality
- Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or residential construction preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license
