Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects progress according to schedule and budget
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and enforce OSHA and company safety policies
• Communicate project progress and issues with project managers, clients, and company leadership
• Resolve field issues efficiently to minimize delays and maintain project quality
• Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular reports

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or residential construction preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license
