Job Overview As a Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you will play an essential role in supporting store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. From receiving and organizing merchandise to picking, packing, processing trailers, retrieving orders from our back‑of‑house storage and delivering them curbside to the customer; monitor alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In‑Store (BOPS) orders, and you’ll help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. You'll also play a key part in customer interactions – greeting shoppers warmly, resolving issues, and delivering orders curbside with care. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to operational excellence will directly impact both customer satisfaction and overall store performance. Whether receiving merchandise, tagging items, or organizing the stockroom, they bring energy and focus to every task to set the day up for smooth operations and strong results. On the floor, they focus on the customer – from greeting customers warmly to actively listening and resolving issues, colleagues build trust through personal, helpful interactions – on the floor, during curbside pickups, or through timely and accurate order fulfillment. Throughout the day, they maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting any needed merchandise moves. Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues are typically scheduled 12‑24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability. Who You Are Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues Meeting daily sales goal challenges Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
