Title Clerk (Entry-Level)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Pay: Competitive hourly rate

Location: Onsite

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Title Clerk to join a fast-paced operations team supporting vehicle title processing for online auto sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build administrative and data entry experience in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate thrives in repetitive, production-based work, has strong organizational skills, and can maintain accuracy while handling a large volume of documents daily.

• Process and organize vehicle titles for thousands of online vehicle sales.
• Match vehicle titles to corresponding bills of sale and supporting documentation.
• Sort and alphabetize title documents by dealer name and transaction requirements.
• Enter and update title information accurately within internal systems.
• Receive, stamp, assign, and track titles throughout the processing workflow.
• Prepare and ship completed title packets to dealerships and customers.
• Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain organized records and ensure documents are processed within required timelines.
• Communicate with team members to resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Support additional administrative and title processing tasks as assigned.

• Previous vehicle title, DMV, automotive, banking, mortgage, or document processing experience.
• Experience working in high-volume administrative, clerical, or data entry roles.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carmel, IN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
