About This Role The Hospice RN provides professional nursing care as the leader of the health care team, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures. Highlights Pay: $56 - $77/hour Location: Tustin, CA Facility: Kaiser Permanente Schedule: Full Time What You'll Do Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process. Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures. Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately. Understand team members' scope of practice and escalates issues as appropriate. Mentor, orient, and coach others in unit-specific operations and patient care activities. Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care. Monitor patients' progress based on care plans and revise as needed. Ensure patient safety related to medications and procedures. Provide optimal pain control and patient comfort. Maintain and protect patient confidentiality.
