The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing marketing campaigns, managing social media, creating marketing and partner content, and tackling large projects to achieve measurable objectives that align with corporate goals.ResponsibilitiesDevelops and manages an integrated content calendar across email, social, events, and partner channels; writes compelling copy and coordinates with internal and external design resources to deliver high-quality marketing assets on timeExecutes email marketing campaigns, including audience strategy, campaign deployment, A/B testing, and performance analysis to continually improve engagement and conversionManages and optimizes multiple social media channels by scheduling content, monitoring performance, engaging with audiences, and refining strategy based on analytics and best practicesDevelops, maintains, and communicates marketing resources for partners by proactively creating, updating, and organizing content within the Partner Portal to support partner success and adoptionCollaborates cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to develop and deliver quarterly newsletters and other recurring communications aligned with business prioritiesCreates and promotes partner success stories, case studies, and testimonials that highlight value, drive credibility, and support sales enablement effortsManages company participation at in-person events (conferences and tradeshows), including planning logistics, coordinating vendors, supporting booth strategy, and tracking post-event results and follow-up activitiesPlans, coordinates, and executes online events such as webinars, including promotion, registration workflows, partner collaboration, and post-event reportingTracks and reports on campaign performance and key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future initiativesRequirementsA degree in Marketing or Communications3 to 5 years of related marketing experienceOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple projectsExperience with Pardot, Constant Contact or similarStrong grasp of email marketing best practicesCRM/Salesforce.com experience preferredBasic design skills with Canva or the Adobe creative suitePlease note that sponsorship of new applicants for employment authorization, or any other immigration-related support, is not available for this position at this time.Why Work For Building36?Collaborate with outstanding people: We hire only the best.
