RecruiterAddison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Recruiter. This individual will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and experienced in high-volume recruiting environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions, including operations, customer support, administrative, and sales roles.Source and engage both active and passive candidates through online platforms, networking initiatives, referrals, and other recruitment channels.Collaborate closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, define position requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies.Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit for open opportunities.Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.Foster relationships with external recruiting partners, educational institutions, professional organizations, and community groups to expand candidate outreach.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related human resources function.Experience managing multiple requisitions and recruiting efforts simultaneously.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications.Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Ability to travel periodically to recruiting events, job fairs, and other hiring-related functions as needed.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
