In-Store Tech Support Specialist
Best Buy
Best Buy is seeking a Geek Squad Agent to be the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support at our Lanham, MD store. You’ll assess customer needs, perform basic services, and coordinate with other agents on more complex repairs.
