Your role:

The Manager, US Commercial Specialty Marketing is responsible for leading downstream marketing strategies and commercial initiatives for the assigned product portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director, US Commercial Marketing, this role drives product commercialization, market adoption, customer engagement, and sales enablement to support business growth and portfolio performance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Serves as the US product management lead and subject matter expert for the Patient Support Systems specialty portfolio, including smart beds and surfaces.
• Leads product launches, developing go-to-market strategies, objectives, KPIs, and training plans to drive market adoption.
• Owns pricing strategy, market analysis, promotional initiatives, channel programs, partnerships, and continuing education offerings.
• Partners with sales and marketing teams to execute customer-focused strategies, segmentation plans, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Develops impactful marketing and sales tools based on customer needs and value propositions across healthcare stakeholder groups.
• Represents the business at conferences, customer meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and other industry events to drive engagement and support sales efforts.
• Gathers and leverages market intelligence, customer feedback, competitive insights, and industry trends to influence product strategy and innovation.
• Collaborates with global marketing, medical affairs, and sales training teams to strengthen product positioning, evidence generation, customer education, and sales enablement.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of Product Management or Marketing experience, ideally within medical devices or capital equipment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and ERP systems.
• Ability to interpret and apply technical information, including manuals, bulletins, and schematics.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing market and business data to guide strategy.
• Strong understanding of marketing, branding, product development, and commercialization processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, lead through influence, solve complex problems, adapt to change, and travel up to 40%.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000 to $154,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
