What You'll Do Manage general ledger accounting and reconciliations Prepare journal entries and support month-end close Research discrepancies and drive accuracy Support reporting and financial analysis Help improve processes and data quality What We're Looking For Accounting degree or coursework a plus Strong command of accounting principles Proficient with Excel Analytical, inquisitive, and detail-oriented mindset Desire to understand how financial data supports business decisions Why Join RCS?
