Fabletics seeks a Senior Director of Design (Women) to lead the design direction for women's performance and lifestyle categories, translating brand strategy into customer-first design across categories. You will mentor a high-performing team and partner with executives to drive innovation, margin, and market share. You will report to the VP, Design and collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Marketing and Planning to align on a three-year roadmap and quarterly milestones. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fabletics
