With 200 offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world's leading professional services firm, Marsh (NYSE: MRSH).A day in the life.As a Business Insurance Sr. Risk Control Consultant, you will:Provide value added loss prevention services to our Hospitality Business Insurance accountsEstablish and maintain valued risk management relationships with our Hospitality clientsEvaluate employee safety exposures and controls and providing effective risk improvement solutionsEffectively promote our risk control capabilities in new business opportunitiesAssess WC, General Liability, Property, Automobile/fleet, and Crime exposures with effective feedback on exposures and controls in place and/or neededDevelop insightful risk assessment reports for external and internal customersServe as a liaison for loss control activities between client and carrierMonitor loss information and analyze trend development; develop effective overview and solutionsProvide effective loss control resources and solutions to clientsDevelop and maintain proactive service plans established with client's support and buy-inDevelop and conduct effective safety training programs using PowerPoint with multi-mediaConduct Commercial and Industrial Property fire/safety inspections and effectively relating proper risk control measures (NFPA codes)Our future colleague.We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:BS degree (Risk Management, Insurance or safety related discipline) is required, with a MS and/or professional designation such as ARM, CSP, CIH, OHST highly preferred7+ years previous of Hospitality safety consulting experience is desired, but equivalent Hospitality risk management experience may be consideredMust be customer service focused with a track record of providing solutions for Hospitality loss exposures relating to Property, GL, Auto, and WCExcellent command of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, with strong presentation & training skillsA shared commitment to company values; Integrity, Collaboration, Passion, Innovation, AccountabilityWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
