WBTV is searching for a unique television newscast producer with strong editorial experience. If you're calm under pressure with excellent writing and organizational skills, this position is a solid fit. Duties / Responsibilities Develop creative, compelling, memorable newcasts Deliver creative content for all platforms Respond effectively to breaking news situations Generate story ideas through various sources; discern credible news tips Collaborate with technical and marketing staffs Qualifications / Requirements At least 2 years of live television newscast producing experience. Schedule flexibility is a must. This is a full‑time hourly position and may include working overnight, holidays, and weekends as well as some overtime.
