Key Responsibilities Market Research & Analysis Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and profitability. Assist with product positioning, messaging, and go-to‑market strategies. Develop an understanding of the company's product portfolio and target markets. Brand & Marketing Support Support brand‑building initiatives and marketing campaigns. Help develop content, messaging, and promotional materials. Gather customer insights to strengthen brand awareness and engagement. Contribute ideas that improve marketing effectiveness and customer experience. Business Development Build relationships with prospective customers through phone calls, email outreach, trade shows, conferences, and meetings. Identify and qualify new business opportunities. Maintain and support sales pipeline activities. Assist in developing customer‑focused strategies that address client needs and business objectives. Project Coordination Coordinate marketing and business development projects from planning through execution. Track project timelines, deliverables, and priorities. Monitor project performance and recommend process improvements. Collaborate across departments to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
