$85K–$124K + Bonuses | 6-Month Assignments | Built for Flexibility & Adventure
6-month assignments across Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Tennessee (state licensure may apply)
Opportunity to support multiple centers and broaden clinical experience Total Compensation: $85,000 – $124,000
- Base salary plus achievable performance-based bonuses
- Clinician-designed bonus model based on client engagement

In this pivotal role, you'll extend Hopebridge's remarkable care to children in diverse communities, utilizing your expertise to foster positive change. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and mentor RBTs, Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs. You’ll also partner closely with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists each day to provide comprehensive and collaborative care in a fully equipped center environment. Required Skills What You’ll Need
- Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is required
- Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states is required
- At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA is required
