Client Relations Manager

To support the delivery of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, the full-time remote Client Relations Manager will manage client relationships, ensure program satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client engagement and service excellence. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison for assigned EAP client accounts, conducting regular check-ins and strategy meetings Develop and execute engagement strategies to promote EAP awareness and utilization among client employees Analyze utilization data to identify trends and prepare regular reports summarizing program usage and outcomes Required qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Human Resources, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field 3+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably within an EAP or health and wellness context Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Analytical skills to interpret utilization data and develop actionable insights Familiarity with mental health, wellness, and organizational behavior concepts is a plus
