About the team: The Operations Improvement team drives facility efficiency and service quality by optimizing processes and managing change. They standardize best practices and build capabilities to ensure consistent operations across facilities. Focused on reducing delays, enhancing resource utilization, and strengthening execution, the team supports sustained performance improvements.
