What You'll Be Doing

As Foreman, you'll lead a crew across a variety of commercial project types — new construction, remodels, additions, conduit, MC cable, and Romex — throughout our Dayton/Cincinnati footprint. This is a leadership role first: you'll be the one setting the tone, solving problems, and making sure your team hits deadlines and budgets without cutting corners on safety.

Day to day, you'll:

• Run daily morning huddles so your crew starts every day aligned on priorities
• Plan ahead on materials and equipment so your team is never waiting on what it needs — and never sitting on gear it doesn't
• Keep an accurate, honest handle on labor hours via BusyBusy
• Partner closely with your Project Manager on schedules, change orders, and manpower needs
• Own job site safety — daily checklists, weekly toolbox talks, and holding your team accountable
• Coach and develop your crew, especially your lead journeymen and top apprentices
• Build real, collaborative relationships with GCs and other subcontractors — we're looking for a "we," not an "us vs. them," mindset
• Keep material storage and job site organization sharp enough that your crew always knows where to go and what to do

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years as an electrical foreman, ideally in commercial construction
• 10+ years in the electrical trade, with a commercial focus
• High school diploma or GED (electrical schooling a plus)
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and O365
• Strong communicator — you can talk to GCs, PMs, and your own crew with equal clarity
• Sharp attention to detail and strong time management
• A genuine servant-leadership mentality
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Solid working knowledge of electrical parts and materials
• Willingness and ability to travel within the Dayton/Cincinnati area
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
