Compensation & Benefits Competitive PRN rate: $45/hr 401(k) with Company Match, retirement savings from Day One No productivity mandates – quality over quotas Career advancement with continued growth and mentorship paths Health & wellness programs for physical and mental well-being The Role Provide direct physical therapy interventions to support patient recovery and outcomes Assist with treatment planning, documentation, and communication of patient progress Collaborate with patients and the care team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care Maintain a safe, efficient therapy environment following established protocols Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant required BLS/CPR certification required Preferred: 1 year of direct patient care experience in a rehabilitation hospital; new graduates encouraged to apply Physical Requirements Significant amount of standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Possible exposure to bodily fluids Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard #J-18808-Ljbffr ClearSky Health
