Job Description

Hamilton Connections is seeking candidates for an inspector position at a manufacturing company in Waterbury, CT. Previous quality control inspecting experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus but not necessary. This is a temp-to-perm position.

The hours are 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, The salary is $18 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections and tests on products or materials at various stages of production or delivery
• Verify that products meet specified quality standards
• Document and report inspection results accurately
• Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Quality control experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to communicate findings clearly and effectively to relevant teams
• Technical skills, inducing ability to read blueprints and use precsion measuring instruments
• Computer skills
