Post Doctoral Psychology Associate

We are seeking full-time DC Licensed Psychology Associate, which is the post-graduate designation for a psychologist obtaining the final requirements in order to be independently licensed. Paid supervision is included. We value clinicians who enjoy collaboration, bring a sense of humor to their work, and are committed to serving clients from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week.
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Opportunity to complete psychological assessments for interested applicants, with therapy caseload expectations adjusted accordingly
- Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates.
- Provide high-quality, client-centered care.
- Coordinate services with other providers as needed.
- Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and case consultation groups.

Qualifications:
- Doctoral Degree in Psychology
- Active DC license, or license-eligible, as a psychology associate and able to practice under board-approved supervision.
- Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
