Service Center Manager - Bike Store Ops & Guest Experience

Trek Bicycle Corporation is looking for a Service Manager for their New Hartford store. In this role, you will oversee the Service Center operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences and efficient workflow. You will lead and develop your team while communicating effectively with customers to recommend services. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of bicycle service center experience and possesses strong leadership skills.
