My client is a rocket-ship staffing firm supplying talent to Fortune 500 clients. They need someone who has lived the recruitment life to shape how their people learn it.
Location: Orlando, FL (Downtown)
Status: Full-time onsite

Compensation range: Based on experience/background, starting at $70,000+. Bonus-eligible.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering 3-6 live boardroom training sessions weekly alongside 2-4 virtual sessions via Teams
- Coaching on the floor, working 1:1 at-desk with consultants on live calls and real deals
- Running new starter programs, experienced hire programs, and management development tracks
- Writing, rewriting, and managing training content within the LMS (Dayforce)
- Sitting in on weekly sales meetings and running sales days alongside senior leadership
- Meeting regularly with managers to diagnose individual and team performance gaps
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- 5 years+ running a full recruitment desk
- Comes from a 360 or business development recruitment background (agency-side, not in-house talent acquisition)
- Has coached, trained, or mentored others in a recruitment setting, ideally in a management capacity
- Excellent communication skills - upbeat
- Passionate about recruiting and the process of sharing that chosen profession
- Sees objections as a way to build bridges, communicate critical information, and inspire excellence
- Comfortable delivering both rigorous operational training and sensitive performance conversations
