Job Overview We are looking for a Nurse Supervisor to join our team in the North Shore region at Warren Barr North Shore. The position involves managing the operations of your assigned unit, supervising clinical staff, providing guidance and education, instilling a positive culture, maintaining infection prevention practices, and ensuring adequate staffing. Responsibilities Supervise activities of all clinical staff on the assigned unit. Provide guidance and education to clinical staff. Assist with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture. Ensure infection prevention practices are maintained. Ensure adequate staffing for residents’ needs. Qualifications State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license. C.P.R. Certification.
