Schedule Information

• Monday-Thursday
  
• 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
  
• Overtime may be required
  

Painter Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
  
• Resume demonstrating the last five years of work experience required
  
• Minimum of 6 months of experience applying primer and/or automotive paint
  
• Experience operating spray guns and painting equipment preferred
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
  
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate painting equipment to apply coatings to metal products
  
• Operate spray guns, adjust nozzles, and regulate air pressure to ensure proper paint application
  
• Monitor paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality using visual inspections and measuring tools as needed
  
• Clean, maintain, and adjust painting equipment to ensure consistent performance
  
• Inspect finished products to verify quality standards are met
  
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  
• Perform additional production duties as assigned
