Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit with a 1:4 patient ratio
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, interpreting telemetry data and responding to changes in patient status
• Document all patient care activities accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float to other units or facilities within scope of practice as needed to meet staffing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license – no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Current and valid Driver's License or state-issued ID required at time of submission
• Traveler must reside greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility – local candidates are not eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing a 1:4 patient ratio in a fast-paced Med Surg / Tele environment
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance requirements and documentation standards
• Willingness to float to other units or affiliated facilities within a 75-mile radius as needed
