Must-Have Experience

• Proven Scrum Master or Agile Delivery experience.
• Experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
• Strong experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Demonstrated ability to improve team effectiveness, delivery flow and predictability.
• Experience managing team capacity, sprint commitments and delivery forecasting.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams, including dependency management and Scrum of Scrums style forums
• Experience managing blockers, risks and cross-team dependencies.
• Experience supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement, planning and prioritisation.
• Strong Jira experience, including boards, metrics, dashboards and delivery reporting.
• Experience providing visibility of progress, capacity, risks, dependencies and delivery forecasts to stakeholders and leadership.
• Proven ability to influence, challenge constructively and drive actions, decisions and improvements to completion without relying on formal authority.
• Evidence of independently identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience coaching teams towards greater self-management, accountability and effective Agile practices.
• Experience establishing or improving Agile ways of working across a function or programme.
• Experience coaching Product Owners, Scrum Masters or Agile teams.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Experience in Financial Services, Risk, Data or Technology Transformation environments.

Must have

Scrum Master certification such as PSM, CSM or equivalent.
