Prepare for Success - PFS is a Tele-Services company in Middleton, WI / Appleton, WI, that works with Organizations in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, Animal Health, Telecommunications, Consumer-Packaged Goods, and Consumer Health care.

Prepare for Success (PFS) is looking for a motivated and personable Inside Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and working toward measurable goals, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career in sales.

Pay: $18–$24 per hour.
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time opportunities available.
Training: Paid training provided.

What You'll Do:
As an Inside Sales & Lead Generation Specialist, you will help connect prospective customers with our company and identify opportunities for our sales team.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Making outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Speaking with customers professionally and confidently.
• Learning about customer needs and identifying potential opportunities.
• Qualifying leads and determining appropriate next steps.
• Scheduling appointments or transferring qualified opportunities to the appropriate team.
• Following up with prospective customers.
• Accurately documenting calls, customer information, and follow-up activities in our CRM.
• Meeting established activity and performance goals.
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.
• Working collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Basic computer skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stay organized and consistently follow up.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle customer rejection or objections professionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience.
• Lead generation or appointment-setting experience.
• Customer service or call-center experience.
• Experience using a CRM or other customer-management software.
• Experience working toward sales or performance targets.
