Accounting Manager

Oversee the preparation, review, and finalization of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Manage the completion of tax and audit requirements, serving as the primary liaison with external auditors and tax advisors. Own the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and management reporting. Lead ERP system implementation, optimization, and ongoing process improvement efforts across the accounting function. Build and refine financial models to support acquisitions, portfolio company performance tracking, and investment committee presentations. Direct financial due diligence on prospective investments, identifying key risks, trends, and opportunities. What We're Looking For Six or more years of progressive accounting experience, with a blend of public accounting and corporate accounting strongly preferred. Prior management or supervisory experience is a plus. CPA license or active candidacy preferred. Demonstrated experience with ERP system implementation or accounting process redesign. Exposure to private equity, fund accounting, or M&A due diligence will distinguish top candidates. Strong Excel and financial modeling skills required.
