Job Description
Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our Surgical Services team. This role requires a dedicated and experienced professional committed to delivering high-quality patient care in the operating room environment.

Contract Details

Start Date: November 30, 2026
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 5-8 hour day shifts with variable start times
Call Requirements: On-call coverage during nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the operating room setting.
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs during surgery.
Assist with the preparation of the operating room and surgical instruments.
Follow established protocols and standards to maintain a sterile environment.

Qualifications

Current and active RN license required.
Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS.
Previous experience in an operating room setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

Additional Requirements

Shared housing arrangements available, with no pets or guests allowed.
A personal vehicle is required for transportation.
No requests for time off (RTO) will be accommodated during the contract period.
Flu vaccine is mandatory for employment.
